Yes, you can book a virtual or in-person tour for any apartment. If you're abroad, we'll provide a high-definition video walkthrough and a live call to show you every detail of your future home.
It means you only need your suitcase. We provide everything from designer furniture and premium bedding to kitchenware, towels, and even a basic "welcome kit" with essentials to start your first day.
Of course! Our system is flexible. If the apartment hasn't been pre-booked, you can extend your lease directly through your dashboard. We recommend notifying us 30 days in advance to secure your spot.
It's 100% digital. Pick your dates, verify your ID, and sign the lease agreement electronically. Once the first month is paid, you'll receive digital keys or instructions for key pickup.
We keep it simple. Usually, the deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. It's held securely and fully refunded within 7 days of your move-out, provided the apartment is in its original condition.
If something breaks, we've got you covered. You can submit a repair request through our app 24/7. For urgent matters like leaks or lockouts, our emergency team is available via phone.
Most of our premium listings include high-speed Wi-Fi, water, and electricity in the monthly rate. Any exceptions (like seasonal heating caps) are clearly marked on the specific apartment page.
To ensure a high quality of living for all residents, our minimum stay is typically 30 days. This helps us maintain a stable community and comply with local residential laws.
